Jaded assoc
NGL, and not to be biased wherever I’ve been I seem to get beef with female partners and/or female assocs
I’ve had little issues generally with my male bosses.
Recently had yet a squabble with a slightly senior female colleague and it has dragged on for days. It’s the reason making me want to leave. I’m getting nitpicked for everything and anything menial and trivial.

I know right… doing well, also make noise. Probably an EP by now. Going to upgrade to landed alr, but still complain.
Prolly already made a milking and killing on the current condo, before the property boom.

What are the general consensus on SUSS law grads? There should be two batches out in the industry now.

I have never seen a single grad/intern/assoc while I was interning in the past 2 years.
But I have heard that there’s one assoc now, in one of the big 4.

It depends on how fast you can promote internally.
Saw this 2 PQE assoc coming in as AVP and rising through the ranks furiously within the span of I think 5 years.
