fd = functional director. Drew’s middle tier between assistant director and equity director, usually about 9-12 PQE.

Female lawyers are bad bosses. Its the case in every big firm. Indian or chinese doesn't matter.

Agree totally from my experience too. Very jumpy over small little things and everything is urgent and important. Must drop other matters to attend to partner.
