You want to leave too but no openings for new positions elsewhere, and the fear of jumping from one ****-hole to another ****-hole, how do you deal with the anxiety and fear ?

what answer is this? Reason Ur colleagues can find jobsU claimed) is they never think as much as you? ?????? (No wonder you can't find job). You are answering this Q-why are you still in the job-actually. So why are you writing in this forum about "wanting to leave" if you are hesitant to change? Stick to it

Did you read my question properly ? I have already mentioned there are no openings at the moment , not that there are openings but I am hesitating whether to leave or not. Please read carefully before you start shooting.

Oh well, nevermind, since you have problem understanding simple English and even have problem reading, then whatever kind of reply, you will refute. So yeah, I have to be selective in replying.

Won't be replying to Off-Topic comments anymore.

To clarify, the colleague who left the company is a retiree. I am not sure whether he has found a job elsewhere or not.

So please DO NOT ASSUME that just because someone resigned and left means he has found a job elsewhere.

Since which part of my post mentioned my colleague found a job elsehwere????

It is really annoying when ppl do not try to understand another person's situation and start giving comments that do not answer the threadstarter's initial question.
