Ya they already sent out invitation for people who got into the next stage which is the assessment centre; and they ask us to select which department we are more keen in

I have no reply from them, is it safe to assume I got rejected?

If you did the vid interview ard mid aug and haven’t gotten the invitation it’s likely a rejection alr. Don’t hold out and wait for them to make it official. Keep applying other jobs
