What is the percentage who gets full time conversion upon completion of TDP under software track?
Contemplating between a higher paying job but not software related and TDP.

just an FYI, all jobs, including programs, etc, conversions, promotions, etc are all always always based on your performance.
If your performance is sub-par then of course, you don't get converted right? Not quite sure what you're asking. No tech program has a 100% conversion rate, if that was the case then they wouldn't hire 100-200+ every batch while only having 30-50 open slots per year.
Department funds can't pay for that many people.
