When given a choice to choose, it boils down to one's preference plus the ability to think far ahead. Off course this is when critical thinking skills come in. Much depends on opportunities and situations. Just that only a smaller group can make wiser decisions than the majority.

ya for MAP its not 64k.. its 4.6 monthly. Thr's no increment or bonus until completion of programme (18 months later)
promotion is 10% flat i.e. 5k, irregardless of department/performance (FO/BO/MO all get the same promo and increment)
after programme, promotion is dependent on your own function liao. most MA promote once every 2 years, exceptional performers / bootlickers promote once per year. drop off for the programme is ~30% within 6 months (gets poached by other firms), >50% after programme end.
Theres also bonds to serve and a **** ton of extracurriculars, so ymmv
go somewhere else if you can

Tell me you don't know what you're talking about without telling me.

whole load of crap. MAP is minimally 64k per year, if you're in some divisions it can go up to 80k. increment of 10% during programme, promotion to manager after programme and 20% bump. stop spreading fake news.

the irony in you saying "stop spreading fake news" when literally all programs have the same increment lol only the top 1% performers get a increment higher than the program cohort.
which batch u from? literally everyone of us got the same pay increment and what that guy said is true, you trying hard in your division isn't going to mean much when 99% of the time no one gives a fk.
its the same for citibank and dbs program too.
