Career in Recruitment

I was previously working for a recruitment firm as a contract staff. After my contract ended, I decided to move away from recruitment to join the MICE industry and now I think I wanna move back to recruitment (cos it's more robust and stable as compared to the event industry).

Any recruiters in here, what advice would you give?

u have exp in recruitment & ur asking for advice how to join back recruitment?

anyway recruitment agencies mostly telesales environment, what advice u want? just join any of the hundreds of agencies and do the sales to get ur commission, its not like these agencies have any strict criteria for recruitment when turnover is so high.
