No offense but from how you put it, you look like a f*ckup who got lucky in a job while many fresh grads are struggling to find something decent.
Imo a change in attitude will have to be in order, for your sake.

I was not motivated and I just fark it up and slack everyday. Even my colleagues commented, "you are a bit too slack", they are not so straightforward because the office is very small only a few of us. So they tolerated me.
Second part time job after I left that one, This one I suay, I thought I can fark it up again but it was not to be. My manager was fierce but not loud. I feel her tension but I am not scared because she is not the type to waste her saliva on someone useless and farking things around.
I got lucky.
Then I got to a full time position after I left the 2nd part time one. I worked very hard here. so no problem. I was paid a decent 2985 per month. so no choice must do properly otherwise you pack up go home.

I think I was lucky for both part time jobs, my superiors are women.
One is an auntie very nice one, every time go breadtalk buy bread for my tea time. Sometimes buy those atas bread, coz i worked in town area.
The other one is a mother, she didn't want to waste energy scolding me, she just tolerated me.
I just had no motivation whatsoever to do a $6 an hour job properly.
I think it was quite ridiculous that being a local uni grad and I still show my slack behavior, but anyway its part time!!!!

sometimes its that ppl just don feel the motivation to put in any effort for that kind of pay. and once they have experienced it, they don't want to go back to that kind of job and will cherish the next good job they have.
who knows if he had not taken up the 2 part time jobs and slack, he might have slacked in his first proper job... which would have been much worse
furthermore he is willing to at least take up a $6/hr job at the start to pass time and to have some income for his daily needs.. most fresh grads I know would rather just sit at home and stone for 5-8 months waiting for interviews and calls
