How much are you earning per month?
Benchmark Your Household Income 2012 | Salary.sg - Your Salary in Singapore
"Do you also know that the average household living in 5-room and executive HDB flats makes $10,160 a month? And that those living in condos and private apartments earn an average income of $18,060 a month? Landed property dwellers make the most – at $24,039 per month on average."

Singapore now the "richest" country in the world
i wonder how "rich" singapore really is looking at the poll. i think the rich are getting richer, the poor getting poorer, and the middle class either moving up to the rich ranks, or down to the poor ranks. this trend is happening in the US, it will happen in Singapore too

basically even if the poor let say win a TOTO jackpot, they either put into the bank for interest or spend the TOTO $$$.>>>in the long run, their $$$ will be used up.
for the rich, they will use this $$$ to invest in stock and collect dividend and maybe capital gain.......and maybe invest in property....

if you really believe in a poll that says >50% ppl make above 25k monthly, a social worker should be appointed by CDAC to assist your daily needs
