BNPP's compliance immersion programme trumps CS's in every aspect. Whether it's pay or job security (you come into BNP as a full-time staff on a permanent basis, as compared to CS's non-guaranteed contract terms), or even office location (BNP situated a Ocean Financial Centre, a Grade A building in the CBD vs CS's @ Changi Business Park).

Don't be so caught up in the bulge bracket fascination. Employers honestly do not care about the tier of your bank when they look at your CV, for non IB functions. As long as they have heard of it, you're fine.
