BNPP doesn't pay that well unless you are an experienced hire but i heard they have increased their pay
Middle office grad program - should be high 4k to 5k+
Front office grad program - should be high 6K to 7k+
To the guy who asked about credit territories coverage management - that is one of the worse teams to join. Ask them about their turnover rate over the last 5 years and you can judge. Poor increment and bonus (abt 1.5 month) and work is crappy.

Spoke to those under the program. They all have different package based on educational qualifications.
This scammer will not know all.

There is no difference in pay due to educational qualifications.
Pay is always linked to role and title.
If you have a masters degree , you may be accepted as an associate.
Then the salary is approx 15% more

No. Recent years, they take in mostly poly graduates. Average is 3K pay.
Sometimes they accept university graduates. Salary +500
No masters graduate.

I am the 'scammer' these ignorant fools have been talking about. This information I can provide FOC. No, there will be no further intakes of the immersion grads within CIB Compliance. BNP has fulfilled their MAS obligations in this aspect.
Anyone else wanna call BS?
