On this basis alone, it is not worthwhile. Adding to that the additional commuting time, I would say forget it.

coy now offered 15%, but cautioned that the offered pay is already at my range salary ceiling and there will be no increment unless i get promoted..shld i take up the offer?

From this post, it seems salary increment is between 10~20% for electronic industry when changing job? Just curious what is the typical range of salary increment for a european MNC?

What do you guys think of $6.2K for a SOX audit role in an MNC? Have about 6 years of prior external/internal audit experience. Thanks!
