No need to be rude & sarcastic. Salaries for blue collar jobs increase a lot after gov min wage policy. Now even security guards are drawing 1.6k+ and that does not include all the OT which can take monthly close to 3k, so 1.8k for a big co like CAG is not attractive at all.

Increments are 6-12% depending on performance. Bonus 7-10 months (inc aws) based on performance.

CAG is much more performance driven. Poor performer can drop to just 4 months and top performers go up to 10 or even 12 months.

Is there shift duty in CAG engineering? is it based on a on-call basis shift roster?

Got a few questions, appreciate some help from those who are familiar.
1) What does innovation lab do exactly? I asked during the interview, I was told it involves innovations CAG-wide, big or small projects.
2) How much do the test results matter? I didn't really do well (in my opinion) for some of them (e.g., the comprehension about the artist).
Thanks in advance for responses.

Have they got back to you for the 2nd interview? If yes, can share long did they take to contact you?
