Anyone had any insights on the salary structure or working culture in the organization?

Its a big group with few divisions. Heard that diff div had its own culture and salary structure.

Actually NSL doesnt have much to do with Natsteel. The current NSL divisions used to be some small BUs in Natsteel. The bulk of the steel business was sold and is now part of the Tatar group, the remaining minor businesses were then reconstituted as NSL.

Which division are you looking at?
