Apply normally bro. I have applied 5 times in the last 4 years. All rejected. This is the 5th time trying.

Got an offer from them yesterday. After hearing so many good things here about the pay & benefits, quite disappointed with the final offer which the hr girl say is not negotiable.

I prefer not to get into specifics, but it is a manager position. They came back with the offer which is in total only 5% higher and a very big drop in monthly basic salary. I ask the hr girl more about their benefits and also quite low compare to my current company.

My company is a mnc but not even a big oil like Shell or Chevron, so was quite disappointed with the offer esp the interviewer make it sound like this is a management position and much higher level than what I am doing now.
