early September was my interview for operation technician. I received the offer letter November mid . But I saw opening for process technician a day ago. Wonder what’s the difference?

Location of work
For me ops tech no specification of work location but I’m sure either Pioneer refinery or pac at Ji. For u process tech confirm at the new plant right?? Where is It located anyway

Also received process tech here. Stated work will be at Singapore Chemical plant at JI.
