Earlier in the month. Medical was last week. 3 weeks from medical appointment date or medical checkup email notification?

does invitation for medical check up means there will be offer as long as medical and background check goes smoothly?
read through all 90 pages nobody confirmed that.. i guess everyone stopped posting after getting the offer?
