That amount of salary doesn't come easily, higher salary=double the work especially a supervisor role, you will oversee multiple departments and all of the works done by each of those department.

Hmm, so would you rather stay in senior technician & keep on OT or go for supervisory role? By the way, it is possible to up rank till engineer?

I am not sure too. I do receive an email from the HR in Bangkok, saying they will call me in a few days. So far no calls yet though.
