To all you people who keep on complaining that you can't find a job, you guys need a wake-up call.

Stop hanging out on this forum and go out and HUSTLE. A job will NOT come to you with you sitting in front of your computer and whining about life.

If a job ain't coming to you, there IS an issue with you. It's up to YOU to identify this issue and work towards correcting it. Be it upgrading specific skills (e.g. VBA, analytics) or networking by adding people on LinkedIn, just do it. You never know how important these connections will turn out to be in the future.

So yes, just keep on fighting, don't give up, chase excellence and success will come to you.

Singapore employers are capitalist. Pay employees peanut but want high profit. Complain no Singaporeans want to work, difficult to hire. Want government to increase foreigner quota, never ask themselves why their productivity so low, only interested in how much they can squeeze from their workers..might as well rob banks easier.

From what's seen, seems no real intention to hire.
Most jobs taken by PRs.
Win votes.
Obvious colonization process where intake is
based on nationality at all levels on lower pay to get jobs first.
Can even revert to lower c-pf contribution when changing companies!
Well, 740K in Sg now, up 29% repatriating your pension forgone.

Seen this situation in other countries.
Most in gov are non-Sg turned ctzn.
All staff at WDA are non-Sg.
jobsbank = Aust skills assessment for non-ctzn
saw uploaded 5,000 jobs within 10 mins - all are existingly held by FT, not real vacancies
