Thinking long term, it is actually a good closure.

There are jobless ppl who cry and whine they can't find job and need money.

I wonder how anyone would want to sympathise these kind of ppl.
Nowadays all the good jobs go to FTs, serve those sinkies right for voting wrongly every election.

No need blame others la. It won't solve anything and you will still be jobless. Look at how to improve yourself.

Even now I work in my current company for 2 years already, he will still out of nowhere make unfriendly remark at me and only me when there is a chance. Just like the new year company lunch, when we finished our Company lunch, me and a few other executives took a ride back office and the boss drove us back. Then suddenly he asked me in the car, did I book grab ? My first reaction is to ask him back, oh, how much is the fare. Was he trying to hint to me that I should book a grab to return office and not sit in his car ???? This is not a one time isolated incident. It was obviously he did it intentionally. I think I have had enough of him. Currently looking for a new job.
Sounds like a bully instead of a boss. Some people are good in academics and their work but they have very very bad social skills. Their "jokes" tend to be hurtful or be sarcastic which to them might be funny. To be funny, make others laugh, not yourself.

Yeah, he bad news, get out asap if you are financially stable. Else, you need to hold on abit longer till you secure a job

Zzzzzz! If you are not doing well, just say so. Don't need to blame "FTs" for your issues. Want a dose of reality? Your life is not going to change because you voted in your favorite politician. If you can't make it, your boss is not going to keep you because your favorite politician is in power. If you continue to blame others for your problems, you stopped correcting the real reasons why you can't make it.

I am that original poster. I am glad someone also feel he is a bully as I thought I might be criticised in this forum for blaming my boss.

I was being praised for my good performance in office also by this same boss. So making me stay in the company so that he can occasionally single me out to bully ? One moment I was so happy my boss recognise my effort in office then one moment feeling hurt from the verbal attack ? Gosh.

want to know why? because you doing a good job equals to him getting promoted faster or more bonus. Its never about being "recognized". We all started from the bottom. We are stepping stones for the others and in the future, we will probably do the same. The cycle goes on.

The moment you screw up, he wont have a 1 to 1 talk to you to discuss about your performance but will bully/ say sarcastic remarks. In short, this all cock only. Either you tahan or jump ship which will probably have a chance of having same issue.
