Google yourself. I am sure there are a lot. Even job portals.

Is there any forum websites other than here for people who are looking for jobs other than here?

I don't think the person you quoted meant any malice. It is an unfortunate aspect of life that people are superficial and judge on looks. The chances are, if the interviewers and bosses are male, they may prefer to pick prettier female applicants because of human tendencies. Chances are, if the interviewers are female, they may choose young and handsome studs if they can.

And that is why it is essential for both men and women to exercise and control diet to look good, because people do judge based on looks

Look, this is a jobless thread. There are ppl who are desperate for a job. We do not need suggestive answers to solve their problem.

Do not make this an unpleasant forum to be in.

Well said bro. In my friends circle many of the ugly ones either get low paying jobs or are jobless while the pretty ones get plenty of opportunities. So people here who are jobless try looking yourself in the mirror and you will know why u are jobless. It’s a very superficial world out there.

Absolutely not ok... sad to say there are just too many choices for hiring manager to choose from interviewing them, and those with unusual resume really needs to stand out, else difficult to stand a chance of getting an interview as the time of hiring manager is too precious (usually he has too much routine works to do already)

I have seen a resume where the reason of leaving is one third of a page, detailing why his position is made redundant, to be honest it stands out from other usual “restructuring” craps. This is a sharing not recommendation though as I believe hiring managers are different thinking creatures.

No offence..a hiring manager who readily dismisses candidates who leave without a job is short sighted.

Agree. I refused to sleep with my boss and he dismissed me. Now I cannot find a job because I left without a job.
