GIC-Working Culture

If there are system issues, it's expected for IT to work late.
Any system upgrade or migration, IT has to come back on weekends since it can't be done on weekdays.
It's common the day is preoccupied with meetings or firefighting.

Yup this i am well aware, all IT department doing infrastructure maintenance and application work are all like that (not just GIC). However, I am still considering with other choices as well.

How is the work culture and timings in the IT department ?
Do people have to work for more than 9 to 6 ?

I'm interested to know the work culture in GIC as well. I am ok with long hours, but not toxic cultures.
