This says a lot about the company. Even long service staff are leaving or left, also I doubt the new CEO can bring much changes except to re-org and re-org again and again.

They probably only can survive on contract staff and fresh grads (because they won’t know how the working world is like and easy to scam..)

Having interacted with most departments, for those interested in joining, application or project teams, infra, security are all on 24/7 support as well. Cluster side depends on what role. If it is application support, some are also on shifts.

No regrets having left the organisation. I also agree with earlier anon that while helping healthcare as a “tech for healthcare”, but we are also sacrificing our own health with such irregular sleep hrs and routine. Similarly, management clearly do not understand ground work. Directors and above keep adding on new nonsense. Wonder if any of us are speaking about the same people…. …… I feel you… …..

No more 24/7 support for me and am having decent WLB now.
congrats on getting out of a **** hole company!

Don't think this question is answered yet although it's been asked multiple times. But what is the basic salary of a fresh grad in this company?

Training is terrible for ihis. Boss planned out training plan, attend ITIL for what? Useless certification. Want to go for industry recognized cert they reject cuz scared ppl leave . Then only favoured department go for big name training due to favoritism

True about the lack of industry cert training. That is why this org is backward

The new CEO is great. Can see she is making positive changes at the top but unfortunately the management in the dept not as good as her.

Take for example infra, there is a director Yap, many ppl do not like him as he lacks sensitivity dealing with people

Default Worst management i have come across in my career

u should never ever join infra.. people management skills are extremely poor and they don't want to admit their flaws.. choosing to push the blame aside saying it's not in their control. Totally irresponsible and live in their own bubble. Not fit to be holding a director level position at all. (outside corporate world, they will not be able to attain the same rank or position) and as they cannot move to outside corporate world. they are stuck in ihis playing
"god" and talking down and bullying the subordinates beneath them. Yet they know how to act infront of the higher ups so they get away with it.

MOM should conduct an investigation to check the well-being of the staff in infra.

This kind of ppl are everywhere, even in MNC non technical director managing tech engineer.
They just talk with no direction and expect engineer on the ground to perform magic
No wonder work 10 yrs in the same company i am sure they cant find job else where once they leave

Default Left IHIS

I am a fresh grad and regretted joining in as a systems analyst role in IHIS. The working hours here is crazy & due to the number of application your boss/RO is supporting, they may not have the time to guide you well. & the buddy they provide to you is really depends your luck man. Damn suey one if you get those buddy if they just like to nua and throw **** to you. I am glad that I left even though it may look like I am job hopping, but I would rather keep my sanity.
