What is the cut off or Qualifying period for corporate (Dec) and performance (July) bonus?

Is there a different bonus scheme structure for AD and above? Or is it same across?
If yes, then how different?
How many bonus for the average 3 rating?

Perf Bonus cut off is 31 Dec of previous year

Corporate dont have cut off but prorated

I applied for the Aug/Sept batch. Is the first batch for Jan batch?

PB 31 Dec meh? I thought they go by their financial yr, not calendar yr.

Corporate where got prorated? I was told first yr won't get any. Only 2nd yr then have.

The apprasial in march is cut off 31 dec.. if u come after jan.. u no need to do apprasial.. u will get default rating 3 and a very tiny increment

Hii, i have 2 YOE, local uni, how much should i be expecting for a jg3 position? TIA
