Just last week! Have you gone for the psychometric tests? If not accordingly to what HTX HR told me, the system should be up in Mid-June/July.

Nope, no call or nothing. Because it was so long, i deemed that i am not selected although they shortlisted me. I know shortlisting doesn't mean will get the job or an interview. Jus that my another application which they stated in process was called for an interview. Just a bit weird on different processes by same Har team under same agency

As someone who just accepted LTA's offer not long ago, just want to share some experience..

After my second interview, I received a call from HR, informing me they were keen to proceed with my application. Following that call, I was asked to fill up a medical questionnaire and reference check form in a separate email.

Subsequently, I was told that a result would be expected within 2-3 weeks. However, there wasn't any news within the stipulated timeframe. I called them in the 4th week to ask for updates and was told the HR had forgotten to contact me due to backlog of work.

Thus, best if you just drop them a call instead to get a fast response. All the best!

Yes i had to submit medical questionaire.

2nd round interview > few hrs later received call for verbal offer and to submit references and medical questionnaire > next day asked for payslips > 2 week later was given verbal salary package>took 3 days to receive offer from verbal salary package.

It was below my expected but i negotiated a bit. Still ended up below expected.

Mhmm what I heard is that they are looking to take in 30-40 candidates this round and already got about 400+ applicants for the S&T associate program. While other HTX roles are separate from the intake of S&T associate program

It has been 2.5 weeks since the verbal offer from the stated 2-3 weeks for approvals and clearance. And I have not receive any news or updates from the HR on the next step and salary.

Emailed and there was no reply. Now I am getting abit paranoid.

This is what I mention before for every vacancy, there's around 70~100 candidates. In this case, its about 100 (maybe more if the actual intake is nearer to 30 than 40).

So to the poster who ask why you are not selected, there's 100 candidate against you, if you eventually get the job, good for you. If no, its okay, dont give up, try again.

How many rounds of interview are there?

Is the salary attractive for a normal executive role?
