Anyone know whether HTX will offer verbal offer after 2nd interview? I've been waiting for 2 weeks without any update

The HR emailed me that I am not selected to proceed further after second interview.

I was called too. I thought this was a verbal offer as the HR said they will be proceeding with the clearance and approval but there was no details on the salary.

I called the executive and was told offer will come after the process above. The HR manager also replied the same thing to me.

Wad told to wait two weeks after interview. The email came at two weeks mark. I won’t say the same for all sb and ministry though. I guess the rejection email depends on the HR. I have some telling me to wait 1-2 weeks but it has been 1 month with no updates despite sending follow up email.

As a former AS insider, fair warning to young ones not to look at a CS career through rose-tinted glasses only. CS work is not easy, you have to constantly fight fires stemming from bad PAP policies. The current PAP have through the India-Singapore Comprehensive Economic Cooperation Agreement a decade ago slowly undone another piece of good work by LKY. Our social and racial cohesion and national identity for sixty years took just a decade to undo. Today a local Singaporean took umbrage at the flood of new citizens from overseas stealing local high-paying jobs whether in medicine, fintech, IT, etc and raising our cost of living in rising property prices.

The irony is not lost that this alleged hero is a local Indian bro so no one should claim him to be racist. He is the hero Singapore needs, but do not deserve.

was called by HR and told that i need to join by the end of the month due to a data migration black out in June.

HR said they will get back to me asap for the letter of appointment so i can resign on time.

Anyone heard of such thing?

It can happen if urgently need your service, the problem here is you have to serve notice which will cross to June. Anyway out of curiosity, can share which min/sb?
