I applied with a Ministry. I feel you man, the last update I got from HR about 3 weeks ago is that mine is still under processing after my interview and I emailed them a few days ago to get an update whether it's still processing or unsuccessful but there was no response...

I only know that HR had contacted my referee for reference check. Just wondering if HR will at least update those who went for interview, on the outcome even if it's unsuccessful? I also hope to get some "closure" on my application..

Same here. I actually have not much hope left.
Just wish for closure so that I don't keep thinking about it.
Guess this is sad truth that we are not the 1st choice candidates.

I wonder what hurt more. Instant rejection or rejection after giving u so much hope
Been weeks and months

Hr say will get back to me also never get back.lols

I think they are supposed to inform even if is unsuccessful? and i think its a courtesy also. i totally feel you too. since you did reference check, means you already completed 2nd interview?

I guess quite a few of us are in the same boat.. its really quite torturing to be leave hanging.. though same as you i think the chances might be slight as what others said. but i really want to know whats the outcome, then at least i can move on. though an rejection after weeks of dreadful wait can be real painful.. lets hope the best for all of us

the interview process already completed and just waiting for outcome. I do hope the HR have the courtesy to update on outcome regardless successful or not. Furthermore, I specifically email them requesting for an update but no response since last week..
