I tot u will know the one time 2.5% increment is only eligible to those who join before 01 Jan 2022.
But if your current salary is below $5k, I suppose they will review your salary to > $5k.
U r from which department?

This is in addition to the annual increment in Nov which was around 8% last year.
OT cap raised from $6.2K to $7.5K.
All fresh graduates pay $5K.
Recently implement FWA meaning can work-from-home every Friday.
Got $5 meal subsidy every workday.
IMO, I think it's good place to work after these recent benefits introduced.

Is this 8% annual increment constant every year? And which is higher ranking? E1 or E3? Just got an offer from Micron

I heard is last year was very high at 8%.
But then I heard previous year also 3 to 5% bah, which I think also not bad.
Some companies that I worked before only 1 to 2%.
E1 is for fresh graduates
E2 is after work 1 year will promote from E1 to E2
E3 need few years experience
E4 must be very experienced

i dont understand how is this company able to keep hiring so much and paying out high salary to entry level jobs, is it because they are constantly axeing the older workers and using their high salary to pay fresh grads?

$5k is considered high for fresh graduates meh?
I think this is bare minimum for fresh graduates now for semiconductors in 2022.
