research fellow salary?

Hello all,

I have an offer for research fellow position from NTU. The basic salary is $S5200 per month + health insurance. Do you think I should negotiate the salary? How much should one expect if he has 2 years of postdoc experience and good publication profile?

i'm unsure how helpful this would be to you but a relative of mine, who has a PHD and works in a stat board got 4500 starting pay for a contract researcher position.
