But… hasn't the salary revision letter already been available since 1 Oct (and actually, even the night before)?

Need help
Hi there, hoping someone here would be able to help me with this, "What's the difference between a teacher-in-charge of a CCA and the main in-charge? Does being the main in-charge mean one is up for leadership role?" Thank you.

Hi all, is the above accurate based on articles online? If so, i am quite surprised because the figures seem on a rather low side. GEO5 i thought can earn around 7k?

Thx for sharing! Curious to know too. Anyone?

Hi there, has anyone here took on an acting role for a leadership role (SH/AYH/LH) but was unfortunately deemed unsuitable by the school or decided that the role was not what you wanted? What was your experience like?

I would think that being the main TIC means the school is possibly using that platform / role to test your leadership potential and see how you manage with this ‘small’ responsibility. It could be a stepping stone that unlocks other opportunities down the road.

Might be a bit low I feel. The 10-14 mark should be 7k as someone else suggested.

Yes, after factoring in adjustment, 7k is probably a more accurate amount now.
There will still be variation depending on with/without NS, degree with/without honours and performance grades over the years.
