Nope you will get the full sum. It was tweaked a few years ago.

But yes, as a GEO you may be getting As and Bs regularly if you are good. As a SEO, it's hard to consistently get Bs.. much less A. So the extra may not mean that much.

SEO C is currently 1.45-2.1… so an overall drop in PB is very possible. Plus there's the loss of responsibility allowance.

All in all, earlier promotion is still preferable to later… but since it's ultimately centrally controlled, think there's really no need to be too concerned about it right now (unless maybe you're nearing the ceiling for GEO5?).

Sorry not too sure about this, but would he be open to maybe teaching in primary schools? It seems like the demand is more of primary school teaching.

Yeah both Science and Math maybe in excess. Unless he's open to teaching English, but i'm not sure if there's a sort of 'placement'/'conversion' test needed, since he's from overseas?

basically to get A, you need to be working three sub grade above.

And some informal checks with my colleagues , there wasn’t any reduction in quantum even though SL did prepare us for it.

Maybe the above is only effective this year. Where the 2021 is for 2021’s work.

Went in to see remuneration statement, as suggested by someone in earlier thread and I saw the bonus reflected.

But after a few hours when I try again, got pop up message that says “Embargoed till 19 March”. 😅

So I’m not even sure if the amount reflected is correct, though I remembered it was different from my last year’s amount.

Hahaha HRP is really a joke. Issue after issue after issue. This time round at least the "issue" was useful to us.
