I thought Dip holder will join as GEO1? Anyway roughly whats is the pay difference between degree and dip holder?

I will clarify. Currently in my second school. First school I was there for 3 years. Got promoted once there. Went for another 3 years no pay leave as I had to accompany my husband for work overseas. After I came back, there were adjustments. Used to be GEO2A1 then changed to GEO2.

No point lying. Just want to encourage fellow teachers.
