Which one should I go for?
Hi everyone, I've been in the IT industry for 5 years now doing infrastructure. Right now I am given two job opportunities that leaves me indecisive. One of these gives me the chance to lead a infrastructure team, which I could gain people managing skills but doing the same old infrastructure thingy INTENSIVELY. The other one allows me to explore IT application experience which I've been longed for. Right now I am really lost and hope to seek advice from any experience people. Thanks.

how about the pay?
I am also having the same dilemma, currently a asst engineer dealing with microcontrollers with an ultra low pay, thinking of moving to working shifts in a factory which pays more.
