12 months is only for top 10% performers, most will only get 6+ mths.

I think the original question was for compliance in SGX. Are these pay packages for front office or compliance?

How long does it take for SGX to come back with an offer after the final interview round? Also, what is the remuneration package like (for a junior compliance associate)?

Sometimes higher if due to salary adjustment to match market.
