Yeah A1 previously 4, but if you factor in 20% then yeah 4.5, but not sure, havent have A1 colleagues to ask hahah

Sorry, not sure of whats SaT or EYP or whatever, am just a 1 year guy doing my own thing here. Audit not so sure for yellow, but blue have increment, hear say now is 3.6 after revision
