Jump whenever you can. If you jump as senior, there should be a downgrade in rank to associate.

Got opening can try luck. Big 4 hiring quite funny one, today want hire cos a few people left, next min say hiring freeze cannot hire due to charge code burst.
End up 5-7 left, only hired one replacement...

Every month. Besides avoiding the fresh intake in Sep, there should always be a situation for them to consider hiring from mid tier or Malaysia Big4. So just keep applying

After March before sep intake. Manager got time to hire people after busy season so they will conduct interviews for ad hoc hire
