lol, there is a special rank for poly lei, below a1. i dun think you get 4k, the last i ask is around 2.5k. i remember you can't go to a1 unless you got degree.

The original post which said Poly graduate can achieve 4k after 4 years is correct. You serve 2 years as assistant associate and then become A1.
In that sense, you are even faster than your peers who take a 3 to 4 year degree programme.
