I am a mgr with 6 years of exp in Big 4 and earning over 100K p.a ( including 3 month bonus).

I think you could be outdated with the current auditor pay in Big 4 now.

I chose Big 4 initially because my grades are below avg (3.1 GPA) with no good internship/CCAs to speak of.
Anyway, i am contented making 5.3K+ with avging 3-4 month bonus with 3 YOE.

My GPA was 4.55 but hey I still came Big 4.

Hmm you do know 3 month bonus for this year is an outlier year right? -> bigger bonus pool for distribution to fewer people cause majority dropped dead.

In my 8 years in big 4, there are only 2 years with more than 2 months bonus for average performers and that includes this year.

Max is now a director for sph also hor. He is a director for some stat boards too. Working hard for yellow man. So proud of him.
