So many sheeps in this forum who just blindly accept the status quo. Just because you were exploited doesn't mean the younger generation are so stupid to be exploited.Athe end of the day, we want to build a better working world. How can we build a better working world if you make your employees slog like dog?

“Slog like dog” is an exaggeration lah. But it’s true you should be prepared to work very hard if you want to join.

Not willing? Then don’t join lo…

Its simple if you want a better wlb, join a company which provides that. If by challenging the status quo, you meaning crying on a forum and hoping the company caters to you, you are delusional and unbelievably stupid.

There’s also the alternative option of joining, climbing all the way to the top, then changing the culture to your liking for the benefit of the next generation.
