pay increase happens for either progression or promotion.

To get a pay increase you need to serve the full one year plus have a reasonable performance

Well if yellow raise the pay for all levels, most likely newly joined associates will receive the increased pay in October. However, it could be possible that they only raise the pay for A2 and above...
It is suspected by many that they decided to announce pay increment and not stating the amount yet because they are preventing another mass turnover. Hearsay their manpower really not enough now and they have to somehow at least pull through these few months till all the new associates join

for yellow, cyber was the first to get the pay adjustment. rest of the departments get them in oct

the "adjustment" just brings back the pay to precovid times so you can roughly know how much by looking at past posts.

I'm entering as S1 soon, but I've negotiated pay based on what was norm at that point in time which was before they announced the salary adjustment. Hope they would grant the adjustment for new joiners as well.

As for the situation, didn't know it was that bad. Wonder what happened that caused the mass exodus last year
