LOL. Don’t compare me with your type leh, I not so pathetic talk to myself on a SIM-UOL forum (even at 4am in a Sunday) 😂

Ppl earn 5-6k with 1 year exp also shock you ah? Not everyone need to take 2.2k traineeship leh. 😂😂 Humble up and understand the competition out there. No wonder you’re here commenting at 12am + with nothing better to do.

Anw, since you so stupid, heres an easy guide which you can use to verify: LinkedIn/Google. In fact, watch LinkedIn with the UOL filter in the next 1-2mths, I have friends who will be joining mgmt consulting (4.5k pm) & BD at Big Tech (6k++) as fresh grads.

Alternatively, continue to live in denial and underestimate SIM-UOL. You have no idea how much that benefits us

It's funny how one angry sim guy is actively replying and defending himself from the local U trolls here.

Its even funnier how much more active the local uni trolls are (in the middle of the night, even on weekends, really?) in replying to their own posts on a private uni forum lmao

To be fair you can't really blame them.

They were under the impression that a local uni cert is the golden ticket(except FASS).

What they think: Local uni pass > SIM top 10%
Reality: Local uni pass <= SIM 2nd upper

Naturally they would be salty when they see the 80th percentile students earning more than them and having better job prospects, taking away their GA/MA slots, taking away their strat/AM/IB/Big tech slots.

Of course those that actually did better than SIM students wouldnt be here giving a ****, it's not worth their time to get caught up in this **** and they do not need to prove a point.

Bottomline to SIM students: there are many great examples out there that your SIM degree does not automatically get rejected since there are so many that were still able to secure an interview and with a handful securing an offer at top firms. Trust me, i have seen lots of incompetent local uni students even those that previously came from top JCs.

I agree too. Some local uni grads are better than private uni grads. Some private uni grads are better than local uni grads.

Your degree is just a paper, doesn't define who you are. Local or private, both competing for the same jobs. The real discrimination that matters comes from the hiring managers, not your other graduates from other schools.

Also water is wet.
