Never ever heard of any tech company in SG with 3 month probation... and I've worked as a recruiter for tech companies for 4 years, liaised with close to 30 tech companies in SG from start-ups to large corporates...

no bro lol

the moment u put in notice, they are not going to give u bonus or ur vested stocks ( if any )

u go see cscareerquestions reddit and go search. im not lying, a lot of people had this same problem. they try to time their probation ( 2 weeks probation ) after their bonus.

in the end they just get fired and no bonus.

i dont know how are u gonna time ur 3 months probation...
