Is it weird to be working for an MNC and not receive a bonus
Basically been working with an IT mnc for 1 year and 2 month and will not be receiving my bonus this year or for that matter any number of years I am with the company as stated in my employment letter.
So I was just wondering is it weird to be working for an MNC and not receive a bonus.
Have any of you worked for an MNC a few years and have never received a bonus?

short answer: not that unusual
you should have checked with your HR (in fact, you should've checked before signing on the dotted line); i know of a few MNCs which do not give bonuses to non-sales staff even if they are on permanent contracts; instead non-sales staff are compensated with a fixed annual package (higher than what a sales staff would get excluding incentives)

in my case, the details of bonus are mentioned in the employment contract. it makes sense for the company to mention it. since they have not mentioned it, u wont be getting it.
do others in ur company get Bonuses ?? and ur being left out , is it ?
