i want food ? easy, i go downstairs got food court already. want grabfood? also easy, HDB people dont order grabfood as much as condo people cause got foodcourt downstairs.
i feel like only stupid people or people like me single and not 35 buy condos... shag
i dont mind buying resale but i read a lot of scary stories say resale HDB all quite fked up one , sometimes their water pipe got problem , the floor crack then no insurance, etc wtf... |
yes ,thats the bad part of condos. some buildings are very far away from entrance. Yeah, most of the gyms in condo are bad as well. Resale i dont think that bad, try to buy those 70 year old resale if there are any. Better yet, why not buy the resale at your previous rented area? or buy it from the owner of the rented house?

Wait i don't understand your question
1) If you already have a condo are you saying you want to buy an additional HDB? Am i reading this right? Well if that is the case, you can't. 100%.
2) If you bought a condo and even if you sold it you STILL have to wait for 30 months cooling period.

ok i will try find 70 yo resales , hopefully hdb price dont go up too high by then lol
the owner abit weird , i ask before she say dont want cause need wait long time for processing ( i dunno what she talking about here i just say ok and move on )

yes bro i want buy resale hdb since i dont think i can buy BTO due to the salary limitation
wa sian... 30 months gg , like that i need stay in rented room for 2+ years lol
