They're gonna announce on Friday, like they usually do. Don't expect any announcement until 26th Nov. 0.3-0.6 me thinks.

The bonus is co-related to GDP and data-driven. Based on data, it should not be at the 0.3 to 0.6 mth level. The unions must be sleeping on the job if they can't get 1 mth after the GDP is on the highest end of the projection.
