I work as Sub-con last time, something like the following
Adecco -> NCS -> MHA and SLA
So i put Adecco job agency in resume or NCS or MHA
What i put now in resume:
NCS (Sub-Contract):
- Deputed in SLA (2014 - 2016)
- Deputed in MHA (2016 - 2018)
During interview, only ask what i do in that job, no sensitive question, at most ask which agency is that. Most of them not interested which company hire you but where you work in.

Hi buddy, I work in the HR department and face similar situations, but I can assure you that there is nothing wrong with this. The main parameter of a resume is a person who has all needed skills and willingness to work. The remaining mistakes or trifles are not important for the employer, he does not even look at them. Also an important aspect is work experience, which plays an important role in whether you will be hired or not. Therefore, it is always necessary to approach the preparation of a resume responsibly. A well-written resume already guarantees that you will be hired by 70 percent. I wish you all good luck at your job.
