7k / monthly seems good to me tbh working from 9 to 5 mon - fri and not having to care about politics, looking good at work, chasing promotions etc and simply doing some simple JIRA tickets and moving on with your life.

most people cant even make 5k in other fields without having to work 8 am to 9pm everyday and getting called over the weekends. the ones making 10-15k at 5 YOE are principal engineers who work 10-12 hours a day because they literally handle everything at the tech company or blockchain geniuses.

the world is so fast pace now. sometimes staying still actually means falling behind.

Yea and goodbye to any career progression if that's all you're doing. 5 years later some fresh grad or CECA is gonna replace you and you'll have to do Grabfood for a living.
