My company just gave me a pay adjustment on June, should I change job?
Good new and Bad news for you all on my mid year performance for 2021 June
I am included for a mid year pay adjustment, my salary increase 11% from June onward, if I really got EOY promotion, I will get even more increment. Now my salary have exceed 5k finally if included monthly allowance
But I didnt get promoted, my boss say will help me fight for year end promotion (that is what they say 1 year ago)
I am 2.5 years in the company
is 11% pay adjustment consider high? Should I continue to stay?
I am working in MNC now
Note: Last year covid my increment is 0%

you can jump even higher if you are willing to
also depends on past increments

I am just find it very hard to accept they just put my salary same as normal fresh grad rather than actual promoting me

Make sense actually. Good strategy on their end. Dont need promote and yet can retain people.
