My company just gave me a pay adjustment on June, should I change job?

With 3 years of experience, shouldn't be a problem to ask for 7-8k in tech giants.

Look, most of the fresh grads are getting 6k at least , for tech roles and even more if they are working as developers.

yet I cant even promote even one time

I dk why they keep promote the same people, why not give lower level a chance

It depends whether you are ok with 3rd year no promotion or not. You entered as fresh grad? If not, how many years of exp did you accumulate before joining acn?

So you have total 4 years of experience right? Well you should take the hint and drop out of the race now. This is up or out policy being enforced in a not-in-your-face manner. Anyway senior analyst is 5k plus. You want to stay for that?

Got promotion every year once. Check linkedin. It isnt uncommon especially from analyst to sr analyst to specialist. Or even specialist to assoc manager to manager.

ACN doesn’t promote once a year. Not the norm. If it happens, it’s high flyer. This not big 4, thx.
