Including bonus is a less accurate gauge lol. Since bonus varies widely every year. Also, 'guage' is the wrong spelling-dont say its a typo, pls learn.

Most of it are posted by just 1 troll who hates acn very much (going by his replies at the main acn thread).
It depends whether you are ok with 3rd year no promotion or not. You entered as fresh grad? If not, how many years of exp did you accumulate before joining acn?
